Role Description The Visual Merchandiser is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for presenting AVR Swarnamahal’s jewelry collections in a way that enhances customer engagement and supports sales. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing window displays, arranging in-store product presentations, and maintaining visual standards that reflect the brand’s identity and luxury positioning.



The role involves collaborating with store management and sales teams to align visual merchandising with promotions, campaigns, and seasonal themes. The Visual Merchandiser monitors customer response to displays, adjusts layouts based on feedback and performance, and ensures all visual materials are clean, well-lit, and compliant with company guidelines. This position also requires regular reporting on merchandising effectiveness and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
