About the Role
Revspot is hiring experienced real estate sales professionals to sell premium residential properties in Bengaluru.
Our pre-sales team will provide qualified buyer leads and scheduled site visits. You will personally own the customer from sales handover through project consultation, site visit, follow-up, negotiation and booking.
This is an individual-contributor sales role with clear monthly booking targets.
Responsibilities
Understand each buyer’s budget, preferred location, configuration, purchase timeline and decision criteria.
Recommend suitable residential projects and inventory based on the buyer’s requirements.
Conduct project presentations and manage property site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, cost sheets, payment plans, possession timelines and the booking process.
Compare relevant projects and help buyers make an informed purchase decision.
Handle objections related to pricing, location, developer, project and competing properties.




Follow up consistently with buyers and family decision-makers.
Coordinate with developer sales teams for inventory availability, commercial discussions and documentation.
Negotiate effectively and drive customers through token payment and booking.
Update every customer interaction, sales stage and next action accurately in the CRM.
Achieve monthly booking and sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
3–8 years of hands-on residential real estate sales experience.
Experience working with a real estate developer or established channel partner.
Proven experience conducting site visits and personally closing property bookings.
Experience selling residential properties priced at ₹1 crore and above.
Good knowledge of Bengaluru’s residential projects and micro-markets.
Strong customer handling, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.
Transparent spoken English. Kannada and/or Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
