Role Description The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role oversees manufacturing engineering activities, including process design, optimization,



and continuous improvement across wheel and related product lines. The Manager leads a team of engineers, coordinates with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure efficient operations, and implements best practices in safety, cost, and quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing production data, resolving process issues, supporting recent product introductions, managing capital projects, and aligning engineering initiatives with business goals and OEM partner requirements. The role also involves mentoring team members, driving standardization, and collaborating with global customers and internal stakeholders to meet performance and compliance targets.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Operations, with experience in high-volume production environments.
