Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative role based in Rajnandgaon. The role involves identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and nurturing them through the sales pipeline for HDFC Life’s insurance solutions.



Responsibilities include conducting inside sales activities, explaining product features and benefits, scheduling and attending customer meetings, and supporting policy onboarding and documentation. The Business Development Representative will collaborate with branch teams and Financial Consultants, maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tools, and work towards achieving individual and branch sales targets. The role also requires regular follow-ups, market feedback gathering, and participation in local marketing or customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong Sales and Inside Sales skills, with experience in consultative selling or financial products preferred.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Business Development, including prospecting, pipeline management, and relationship building.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex products clearly
