Health Coach : Fitness Education & Performance

Location: Memnagar, Ahmedabad | Travel Required

As we continue to expand across India, were looking for a passionate and experienced Health Coach who can educate, mentor, and empower our franchise partners and their fitness teams.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality fitness education and training programs to franchise partners and staff.
Conduct classroom sessions and practical workshops covering Personal Training, Strength Training, Functional Training & Sports Conditioning.
Help teams improve gym memberships and Personal Training revenue through effective education and coaching.
Mentor fitness professionals and support their ongoing professional development.
Keep franchise partners updated on the latest fitness trends, coaching methodologies and industry best practices.
Build a culture of learning, excellence and high performance across Plus Fitness clubs.

What Were Looking For





Certified Personal Trainer through ACE, ACSM or NSCA.
Robust experience as a fitness educator, including delivering Personal Training certification lectures and practical strength-training sessions.
Certification in Sports Conditioning and Functional Training.
Minimum 5 years experience in fitness coaching, education or trainer development.
Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
Willingness to travel across India to support franchise locations.
