I need one person who can own two things, hiring and management.

What you'll do:
Finding talent is the main job. Editors, AI artists, designers, writers — you keep finding great people, all the time.
Manage the full hiring process — shortlisting, screening, test tasks.
Manage the team and delegate projects to the right person.
Follow up on execution so work gets delivered on time.
Deal directly with creators and freelancers, and get work done.
Assist me with day-to-day business operations.
