About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Hardware Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in electronic hardware design, development, testing, debugging, and product validation.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power circuit design and experience taking products from concept through prototype, validation, and production.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs using Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar EDA tools.
- Perform circuit simulation, worst-case analysis, signal integrity, and power integrity analysis.
- Select components based on performance, cost, availability, reliability, and lifecycle.
- Design and validate power supplies including LDO, Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost, Flyback, isolated converters, and battery management circuits.




- Perform power supply testing for load/line regulation, efficiency, ripple/noise, transient response, thermal performance, and protection behavior.
- Develop hardware test plans and perform board bring-up, functional testing, debugging, and validation.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and supply-chain teams.
- Support DFM, DFT, DFA, EMI/EMC, safety, and certification activities.
- Debug hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, DMMs, electronic loads, power analyzers, and thermal cameras.
- Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production and field issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, design reviews, and test reports.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to hardware design best practices.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
