Role Description The Research and Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubli. The specialist will design, conduct, and analyze experiments related to fertilizer formulations and agricultural inputs, including Macro, Micro, and Nano products. Daily responsibilities include planning research projects,



collecting and interpreting data, performing laboratory tests, and documenting findings in reports and technical documentation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve existing products, develop new formulations, and support field trials with clear communication of results and recommendations. The specialist will also ensure compliance with relevant quality, safety, and regulatory standards while contributing to continuous innovation in product development.
Qualifications
