Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, business development, and team management at the Auraiya branch. This full time,



on-site role includes supervising loan origination and disbursement processes, monitoring portfolio quality, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The Branch Manager will lead and mentor branch staff, set performance targets, and conduct regular reviews to drive growth and maintain service quality. Daily activities involve customer engagement, community outreach, and relationship management to expand the client base and deepen existing customer relationships. The role also includes managing cash operations, maintaining accurate records, preparing MIS reports, and coordinating with regional and head office teams to ensure smooth branch functioning.
