We're Hiring: Graphic Designer | Pixel Spark
Are you a visual storyteller who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content? Pixel Spark is looking for a talented Graphic Designer who specialises in social media video creation, reels, and carousels.
About the Role: We need someone who lives and breathes visual content, from punchy Instagram Reels to swipeable carousels that drive real engagement. If design is your superpower and social media is your playground, we want you.
What You'll Do:
✦ Design Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & Long-form videos, and social media (on-brand videos and trend-aware). [You get a script and idea, you build on it. If you can share your visual inputs, you are more than welcome.]
✦ Design engaging carousel posts for Instagram and LinkedIn with clear visual hierarchy and storytelling
✦ Edit videos with smooth transitions, motion graphics, captions, and music/SFX sync
✦ Develop static and animated graphics for campaigns, ads, stories, and thumbnails
✦ Collaborate with the content and marketing team to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic
✦ Stay ahead of design trends, social formats, and updates
What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field.
✅ 6 months-1 year of experience in designing with a focus on social media and video content
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, & Illustrator.
✅ Strong sense of typography, colour, layout, and visual rhythm
✅ Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or similar platforms
✅ A portfolio that showcases reels, carousels, and/or video work. This is non-negotiable
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
