Role Description The Aptitude and Soft Skills Trainer will design and deliver engaging classroom sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, verbal ability, soft skills,



and life skills for students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, creating training materials, conducting interactive activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve employability and communication. The trainer will collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with institutional and industry requirements, and may contribute to workshops, bootcamps, and campus-to-corporate programs. This is a full time, on-site role based in PAN India, requiring regular interaction with learners and faculty members. The trainer is expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, adapt to diverse learner needs, and support the organization’s mission of career-focused skill development.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills, with experience designing and delivering structured learning
