Role Description The Relationship Executive is a full time, hybrid role based in Lucknow, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility.



The position involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, explaining Shriram Finance’s products, and supporting them through the loan application and documentation process. The role includes maintaining regular contact with existing customers, resolving queries, and ensuring timely repayment and renewal of facilities. The Relationship Executive collaborates with branch and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursal of loans, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires field visits within the assigned territory, basic market analysis, and participation in local marketing or customer outreach initiatives to drive business growth.
