What You Will Do *
Lead material qualification activities, supplier transitions,



and technical troubleshooting efforts for polymer composites and adhesive bonding systems within production environments.
Develop, review, and approve material specifications, test methods, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance.
Perform polymer and composite material characterization, analyze experimental data, and communicate technical findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) studies to evaluate material behavior, validate hypotheses, optimize processes, and resolve complex engineering challenges.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to identify, qualify, and implement new materials while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of composite manufacturing and adhesive bonding processes, including surface preparation, material application, curing processes, and inspection methodol
