The Role

This position will work with Asset Managers in leading all aspects of development works, including overall development management of new developments and existing assets across different sector classes ranging from commercial, retail, residential, industrial and logistics projects.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
Lead and coordinate internal teams and consultants across feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and handover stages, providing explicit direction and accountability.
Ensure regulatory compliance by managing authority submissions,



navigating local requirements, and aligning with corporate DOA and procurement processes.
Drive design development from feasibility studies through execution, ensuring efficiency in net lettable/saleable areas and alignment with company strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders including HQ, Asset Management, and business units to define scopes, assess risks, and implement mitigation measures.
Develop procurement strategies to secure competitive costs, manage consultant/contractor/vendor shortlisting, and oversee contract negotiations and variation orders.
Monitor construction progress by forecasting, tracking, and reviewing site activities, costs, safety, and quality to achieve project targets.
Manage financial performance through expense tracking, cost-saving initiatives, and maintaining budgets while ensuring project profitability.
