Role Description This is a full-time, Remote Sales Representative role. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify prospective clients, present Bose HR Solutions’ services and HRMS SaaS platform, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, following up with potential clients, and maintaining accurate sales records in CRM tools. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements, participating in marketing and outreach activities, and achieving individual and team sales targets.



The Sales Representative will nurture long-term client relationships and provide feedback to improve offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

Capability to deliver clear product presentations and HR solutions demonstrations, and to prepare professional sales proposals.
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and consultative selling, with the ability to manage a complete sales cycle.
Proficiency in using CRM and basic office productivity tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and build long-term relationships.
Solid understanding or willingness to learn about HR services, HR technology, and SaaS-based business solutions.
Manage time effectively to achieve sales targets.
Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, SaaS, or technology solutions, is an advantag
