We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive / Manager who can help us build our client pipeline and convert qualified opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities :
Identify and research potential B2B clients across relevant industries.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, online research, referrals, and other outbound channels.
Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
Connect with business owners, founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers.




Understand prospects' business challenges and identify opportunities where Esperance can add value.
Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
Present Esperance's services and recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare and discuss proposals, quotations, and commercial terms.
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Handle basic objections and negotiate with prospects professionally.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, meeting, and sales information in our CRM.
Work closely with the founder and delivery team to ensure smooth handover of closed projects.
Track your sales activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
Continuously experiment with new prospecting and business development strategies.

What we're looking for:
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, digital marketing sales, agency sales, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with business
