Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of experience in manual & automation, API testing, and eCommerce/B2C products to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality releases across web and mobile platforms through effective testing strategies and processes. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices, along with a keen eye for detail.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for handling the testing lifecycle,



from requirement understanding to release validation.
Planning and execution of testing activities, including test strategy, test cases, scope, and timelines.
Execution of functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality releases.
Validation of end-to-end user journeys, especially for eCommerce/B2C workflows (product listing to order completion).
Contribution to automation initiatives and improvement of testing processes using Selenium/Appium or similar tools.
Analysis of system behaviour through API validation and data verification.
Identification, documentation, and tracking of defects with proper analysis until closure.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth releases.
Monitoring overall application quality, performance, and usability before release.
Use of Browser DevTools for debugging UI and console issues.
