serving approximately 1.5 lakh B2C broadband subscribers across 9 zones in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai
and a Bangalore cluster, alongside a growing B2B/enterprise connectivity vertical.
The company is currently in active IPO preparation and is scaling its legal function to support this growth.

About the Role

This is a ground-floor build role.



i-ON is looking for a Sales Head to own go-to-market for this recent
product line from the very first account. In the initial phase, you will personally drive the pilot —
identifying and closing early customers — while simultaneously laying the foundation for the team and
process that will scale the business. As the model is validated, you will hire, train, and lead a lean, high-
leverage sales and partnerships organization.
This is not a role built around a large, linear sales floor. The core growth engine is channel and
partnership leverage — relationships with facility management companies, IT/system-integrator firms,
and commercial real estate brokerage teams that already reach large numbers of potential customers
— supplemented by a focused function for direct, larger corporate accounts. The right candidate is
someone who thinks in terms of leverage and reach per relationship, not just headcount.
