Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore, responsible for managing day-to-day guest-facing activities at the reception desk. This role includes greeting guests, handling check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, and responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. The associate will maintain accurate guest records, process payments, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and ensure that lobby and reception areas are presentable.



The role also involves addressing guest concerns, providing information about hotel services and local attractions, and maintaining clear and professional communication to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with experience in guest-facing or client-facing roles.
Proficiency in receptionist duties, including handling check-in and check-out procedures and managing reservations.
Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written, with clear and courteous interaction.
Professional phone etiquette, including handling calls, routing inquiries, and providing accurate information.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management or booking systems is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
