Role Description The Manufacturing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Baddi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations in a rigid packaging setting. This role includes planning and coordinating production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing workflows to meet output, cost, and safety targets.



The Manufacturing Manager will supervise production teams, monitor performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across processes and equipment. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, collaborating with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements. The role also involves analyzing production data, resolving operational issues, and driving best practices to support scalable, sustainable manufacturing outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to coordinate schedules, resources, and output effectively.
Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to oversee end-to-end plant activities and optimize efficiency.
