With 18+ colleges already using NECTTOS, we are expanding our presence across Kerala and looking for energetic, confident, and relationship-driven professionals to join our Business Development team.

The Role

As a Regional Business Development Executive, you will represent NECTTOS in your assigned region and build relationships with colleges and higher education institutions.

Your primary responsibility is to identify potential institutions, connect with key decision-makers, understand their requirements, introduce NECTTOS, coordinate product demonstrations, and follow up until successful onboarding.

This is primarily a field-oriented role.



You can work from home and directly visit institutions in your assigned region — there is no requirement to report to an office every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential colleges within the assigned region
• Visit colleges and meet Principals, Management, Administrators and other decision-makers
• Introduce NECTTOS and communicate its value effectively
• Understand each institution’s requirements and challenges
• Coordinate product presentations and demonstrations with the NECTTOS team
• Build strong relationships with prospective institutions
• Consistently follow up with leads and move opportunities towards closure
• Support the agreement and onboarding process
• Maintain regular updates on visits, leads and sales progress
• Represent NECTTOS professionally in the assigned territory
