Company Description A global company with operations across in NA, Europe and Asia is looking for a permanent employee to build, support and enhance their SCM and MES operations in Oracle EBS Platform.

Role Description The Oracle EBS SCM Analyst is a full time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The analyst will work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and design system solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy in areas such as materials management, inventory, purchasing, and order management. Daily tasks include configuring and maintaining Oracle EBS SCM modules, troubleshooting system issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with technical teams for enhancements and integrations. The role also involves creating documentation, conducting user training, supporting testing activities, and ensuring that changes align with business process standards and best practices.

Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose system issues, and recommend effective solutions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and present findings clearly.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials Management to support inventory control, procurement, and warehouse operations within Oracle EBS.
Candidates should possess expertise in Supply Chain Management to optimize order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes using Oracle EBS SCM modules.
Candidates should possess Business Process understanding to map functional requirements to system capabilities and drive process improvements.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management) is highly beneficial.
Relevant academic background in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
