Role Description
We're hiring a Recruitment Specialist to own hiring for our internal team — primarily Business Development Executives (sales) and mentors, as we expand from Kerala into Tamil Nadu and beyond.
This is a full-time remote role. You'll report directly to the founder.
What you'll do
Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Instagram, and college/community networks
Post and manage job listings; maintain a live candidate pipeline
Run first-round screening calls (fluency, communication, experience, salary fit) and shortlist strong profiles




Collect and organise mock-pitch task submissions from sales candidates for founder review
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and reduce no-shows
Handle offer rollout, document collection, and onboarding coordination for new joiners
Track and report weekly hiring metrics: applications, screened, shortlisted, joined
Support basic HR admin — attendance tracking, onboarding checklists, employee records
What we're looking for
6 months to 1 year of recruitment, HR, or telecalling experience (this role is designed for someone early in their career)
Fluent in Malayalam and English; Tamil is a strong advantage
Comfortable making 30+ calls a day and working over WhatsApp and Google Sheets
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup
Own laptop and secure internet connection
Any bachelor's degree; HR/Psychology background is a plus, not a requirement
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month, based on experience
