Role Description The Business Development and Alliances Manager role at HealYos is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that support the company’s growth in home healthcare and telehealth services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging potential partners, negotiating partnership terms, managing key accounts, and nurturing long-term relationships with channel partners and healthcare institutions.



The Manager will collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to align business initiatives with service delivery, prepare business plans and growth proposals, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership. The role also involves market analysis, competitive research, and participation in industry events to strengthen HealYos’s network and visibility.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Strategic Alliances and Strategic Partnerships to build and maintain high-impact collaborations.
Experience in Business Planning, including market assessment, forecasting, and growth strategy development.
Strong Account Management capabilities to oversee key partner relationships and ensure high satisfaction and performance.
Ability to manage and expand Channel Partners to increase reach and service adoption.
Relevant experience in healthcare, health tech, or services industries is preferred.
