Got a foundation in architecture or construction and hate the idea of sitting at a desk all day? Studio Sahasrara is looking for an in office Site Supervisor who can keep our projects moving, bridge the gap between design and reality, and manage active project sites.
You’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground—moving between active sites, directing upcoming works, and making sure what’s on paper actually gets built right.
What You’ll Be Doing
On the Move: Travel between active project sites to keep progress moving and solve real-time site issues.
Direct the Flow: Translate drawings into action on-site. Instruct site workers, outline upcoming milestones, and keep trades aligned.
Keep It Real (and Recorded): Deliver clear, accurate daily progress updates and site logs directly to project leads.
Quality Control: Catch execution mistakes on-site before they become expensive problems.
Who You Are
Background: Completed any basic course/diploma in Architecture,



Construction, Drafting, or Civil Engineering.
Core Skill: You have a basic understanding of architecture, can read technical drawings, and understand how a site functions.
Mobile & Driven: You're ready to travel daily between project locations and manage work independently.
Clear Communicator: You know how to give firm, direct instructions to site workers and convey honest progress to project managers.
