Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Madurai. The individual in this role will support day-to-day store operations, including supervising staff, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring proper merchandising, and overseeing cash and billing procedures. The Assistant Manager will help maintain service standards, handle customer escalations, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
