Role Description This is a full-time, in office Chief Legal Officer role based in Jaipur. The Chief Legal Officer will lead the organization’s legal function, providing strategic counsel to senior leadership on regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, overseeing legal policies and procedures,



and ensuring alignment with applicable laws and industry standards. The role involves managing labor and employment law matters, coordinating with external legal advisors when needed, and representing the company in legal proceedings or regulatory interactions. The Chief Legal Officer will also contribute to training and awareness programs for internal teams on legal issues and ethical practices.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law, with demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
Expertise in identifying and managing Legal Issues, including compliance, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
Proven experience providing clear, practical Legal Advice to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
