Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Goregaon. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate information regarding products, orders, and services.



The Customer Service Representative will manage order-related queries, track deliveries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary to the appropriate internal teams. They will document interactions in company systems, maintain customer records, and provide regular status updates to clients. The role also includes coordinating with sales, production, and logistics teams to support a smooth customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement in service processes.
