Role Objective
Own the finance function end-to-end — accurate and timely financial closures under Ind AS, robust MIS and channel-wise profitability reporting, statutory and tax compliance across India and international subsidiaries, and financial support for strategic initiatives including fund raising.

Key Responsibilities
1) Financial Closure & Reporting
Drive timely and accurate quarterly and year-end closure of books of accounts as per Ind AS accounting standards
Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements — P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
Own statutory audit, tax audit and other audit closures within timelines, with minimal observations

2) MIS & Profitability Reporting
Own monthly MIS with channel-wise (Ecommerce, Quick Commerce, Retail, US, UK, etc.) revenue, margin and profitability analysis
Track planned vs actual performance and drive variance analysis with business teams
Provide data-backed insights on pricing, COGS and channel profitability to support business decisions

3) Subsidiary Accounting & Global Compliance
Own accounting,



bookkeeping and statutory compliance for the US and UK subsidiaries (and any future international entities)
Ensure compliance with local VAT/sales tax and corporate Income Tax laws applicable in the US and UK
Coordinate with local accountants, consultants and auditors overseas; manage intercompany reconciliations and cross-border transaction accounting

4) Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Drive accurate and timely GST compliance — returns, reconciliations, audits and refunds
Manage Income Tax compliance including advance tax, TDS, assessments and litigation
Own Transfer Pricing (TP) documentation, benchmarking studies and compliance for cross-border/related-party transactions

5) Fund Raise & Strategic Support
Support fund raise processes (equity/debt) including financial due diligence, data room preparation and responses to investor queries
Provide financial inputs for investor relations, cap table management an
