Role Description The Business Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting business growth and customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial and business data, preparing reports, and assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies. The role involves interacting with customers and internal teams to address queries, support policy-related processes,



and ensure a high level of customer service. The Business Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving processes and contribute to the achievement of business targets.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Knowledge of Finance and Business concepts to understand insurance products and market dynamics.
