Role Description The Executive Admin Facility and People Experience role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative support, managing calendars, coordinating meetings,



preparing documentation, and handling correspondence for leadership. The role includes overseeing general office and facility administration, ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient work workplace, and coordinating with vendors and service providers. The individual will support people experience initiatives by organizing employee engagement activities, assisting with onboarding logistics, and helping maintain workplace culture and communication flows. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining records, tracking expenses related to facility operations, supporting internal events, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve administrative processes.
