Role Description The STEM Trainer role at Teckybot is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada. The STEM Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions in science, technology, engineering,
and mathematics to students and early-career professionals. Responsibilities include developing curricula and lesson plans, preparing hands-on activities and projects, and adapting teaching methods to different learning levels. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and maintaining accurate training records. The STEM Trainer will also collaborate with internal teams and academic partners to align training content with current industry standards, support hackathons and workshops, and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.
Qualifications
Strong STEM knowledge with the ability to train in core areas such as basic programming, engineering fundamentals, and applied science concepts.
