This paid volunteer chance enables architects and architecture graduates to apply their professional knowledge to meaningful social initiatives while gaining practical experience through real-world community infrastructure projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated architect or architecture graduate who is passionate about community development through design and planning.



The selected volunteer will work closely with the Foundation's project team to support the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of community infrastructure and environmental improvement initiatives.

This opportunity offers valuable practical experience while contributing to projects that benefit local communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare conceptual architectural layouts and design proposals.
Develop 2D drawings, presentation layouts, and basic 3D visualizations.
Conduct site measurements and prepare technical documentation.
Assist in the planning and design of community centres, educational facilities, sanitation projects, parks, public spaces, and other social infrastructure.
Prepare quantity estimates and basic Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, NGO representatives, volunteers, and local authorities.
Conduct periodic site visits and prepare progress reports.
