About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, visiting potential clients, promoting our products, generating sales, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits to potential customers, retailers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Promote and explain company products, features, advantages, and usage to customers.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors, and customers.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the management team.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers,



and market activities.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, orders, collections, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
Ensure timely payment/collection from customers wherever applicable.
Submit regular sales and field activity reports.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and MS Excel.
Good knowledge of the local market.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Qualification & Experience
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–2 years in field sales, FMCG, agriculture, retail, or related industries.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
