Role Description The Purchase Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including identifying suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating terms, and issuing purchase orders in line with company standards. The Purchase Engineer will monitor material requirements, support purchase planning to ensure timely availability of goods, and coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams to resolve supply-related issues. Daily responsibilities include analyzing pricing and delivery data,



maintaining accurate purchase records, and contributing to cost optimization and vendor performance improvement.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management to oversee end-to-end procurement activities.
Experience in Purchase Planning and handling Purchase Orders to ensure timely and accurate material availability.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating quotations, costs, supplier performance, and inventory data.
Familiarity with automotive or manufacturing industry procurement practices is beneficial.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or procurement software for documentation and reporting.
Effective communication, negotiation, and vendor relationship management abilities.
Diploma or degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; relevant purchasing certifications are an advantage.
