Role Description The Sales Associate role at PAYLAP HRMS is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and clearly explaining how PAYLAP HRMS solves key HR and payroll challenges. Day-to-day tasks include managing leads, following up on inquiries,



preparing and delivering sales presentations, and supporting the negotiation and closing of deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records in the CRM, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and providing feedback from prospects and customers to inform product improvements. The Sales Associate is expected to build long-term relationships with clients, meet assigned sales targets, and represent PAYLAP HRMS professionally in meetings, events, and client visits.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
