We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Recruiter to join one of our growing clients.

? Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other channels
Screen candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets
? What We’re Looking For
Graduate in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
Freshers with solid communication and a willingness to learn are welcome
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and persuasion abilities
Comfortable working with recruitment targets
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is an advantage
Strong ownership, discipline, and willingness to learn
? Compensation
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
