Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Finacle Product Engineer with 7+ years of experience in product engineering, product management, software delivery, or related technology roles. The position will define and communicate product vision, manage the product backlog, engage stakeholders, and guide the development process for Finacle-related solutions and initiatives.The role will contribute to business objectives by prioritizing valuable product enhancements, aligning delivery with business needs, improving customer and user outcomes, and ensuring that product development progresses consistently within an Agile environment.
Software Requirements
Required
Minimum 7+ years of experience in product engineering, product management, software delivery, or a related technology role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
Experience managing product backlogs, product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans.
Experience using tools for:
Backlog tracking.
Sprint planning.
Burndown and velocity metrics.
Task definition and assignment.
Issue,



risk, and dependency tracking.
Product documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
Experience writing explicit user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and product specifications.
Ability to translate business needs, customer feedback, and technical considerations into prioritized product requirements.
Knowledge of customer-centric product development and user experience principles.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Ability to work closely with engineering, design, data, testing, operations, and business teams.
Experience reviewing product performance, delivery progress, user feedback, and market information.
Preferred
Experience working with Finacle-related products, platforms, implementations, enhancements, or support initiatives.
