Role Description This is a Hybrid Business Development & Client Acquisition Intern role. The intern will support outreach campaigns by identifying potential clients, researching target markets, and assisting in lead generation activities. Daily responsibilities include compiling prospect lists, drafting outreach messages, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The intern will collaborate with content and strategy teams to align outreach efforts with Lavabiz’s services,



participate in virtual meetings, and contribute to presentations and proposals. The role also involves monitoring responses, gathering feedback from prospects, and helping refine outreach strategies to improve conversion and client engagement.

What You'll Do
Research and identify potential clients across startups, D2C, consumer brands, events, and more.
Find relevant founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
Execute outreach through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, and other channels.
Write personalized outreach messages and manage follow-ups.
Qualify leads and help book client meetings.
Maintain prospect and outreach data in Google Sheets/CRM.
Support proposals, pitches, and client conversations.
Track outreach performance and improve conversion.
