Role Description The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Sunny Diamonds showroom in Chennai in an on-site, full-time capacity. This includes managing sales activities, supervising showroom staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. The role involves monitoring showroom presentation and inventory, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.



The Showroom Manager will also coordinate promotional initiatives, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Regular reporting on sales performance and contributing to continuous improvement of showroom operations are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
Solid customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience.
Proven ability in Sales, with experience working in Showrooms or retail environments.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with experience supervising staff.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers and colleagues.
