Role Description The After Sales Commercials role is a full time job responsiblity from Bhiwandi Warehouse Location. This role focuses on managing commercial aspects of post-sales activities,



including preparing and reviewing service contracts, renewals, and quotes, and ensuring accurate billing and cost control for maintenance and support services. The individual will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and service operations to address commercial queries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking after-sales performance metrics, following up on payments, identifying opportunities for upselling service packages, and supporting the implementation of commercial policies and processes. The role also involves coordinating training or information sessions for customers on after-sales offerings and documenting commercial agreements and changes.
