ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced IT Administrator / IT Support Executive to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure — computers, printers, CCTV systems, software applications, networks, and user support. The ideal candidate is a strong independent troubleshooter who can resolve day-to-day technical issues quickly to keep business operations running without interruption.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Systems & hardware: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and office software; manage printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other office hardware.




● Networking & troubleshooting: Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and networking equipment; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
● Security systems: Monitor and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance infrastructure across properties.
● Data & IT security: Ensure data security, antivirus protection, system backups, and access management.
● Applications & AV support: Support installation, upgrades, and maintenance of CRM systems, business applications, and productivity tools; assist with video conferencing systems, projectors, and meeting room technology.
● Asset & user support: Maintain IT asset inventory, coordinate with vendors for procurement and repairs, and provide technical support and training to employees on software and IT systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS
● Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft
