What you'll work on
Solve real-world supply chain challenges across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, replenishment, and S&OP;/S&OE.;
Diagnose business problems using data, perform root-cause analysis, and design practical, scalable solutions.
Build analytical frameworks and AI-driven products that create measurable business impact.
We're looking for someone who has
2–8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Operations, or Supply Chain Analytics.
Robust understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory, replenishment, or S&OP;/S&OE.;
A data-first mindset with experience in exploratory data analysis (EDA), hypothesis-driven problem solving, and root-cause analysis.
Hands-on skills in SQL and Excel. Experience with Python, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage.




The ability to work comfortably with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Nice to have
Exposure to forecasting, optimization, statistics, or machine learning.
Experience with Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, OMP, or Anaplan.
Postgraduate qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
