Role Description This is a full-time remote Software Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining production-quality AI and software systems. The Software Engineer will implement back-end services, APIs,
and integrations that power AI agents, RAG pipelines, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions. Daily work includes writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, improving system performance and reliability, and collaborating with AI engineers, product managers, and clients to refine requirements. The role also involves contributing to architecture decisions, enhancing observability and guardrails, and supporting deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement of systems in production environments. The Software Engineer will work in short, outcome-focused development cycles to deliver high-impact features and solutions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems concepts.
