Role Description The Brand Strategist is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will lead brand strategy engagements, including conducting discovery sessions, market and competitor analysis, and stakeholder interviews to define brand positioning and architecture. You will translate insights into clear brand narratives, visual direction guidelines,



and messaging frameworks that inform marketing, communications, and business decisions. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with consultants, designers, and legal advisors to ensure brand recommendations align with broader business and regulatory considerations. You will prepare client-facing presentations, facilitate strategy workshops, and support implementation plans to help clients activate and manage their brands over time.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Development to define positioning, architecture, and long-term brand direction.
Demonstrated experience in Branding and Brand Management to guide visual identity, messaging, and brand governance.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and insight synthesis to inform strategic recommendations.
