Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sanand, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring accurate, productive handling of goods. This role includes managing inventory levels, supervising stock control procedures, and coordinating receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. The Warehouse Manager will lead and train warehouse staff, enforce safety and compliance standards, and optimize space utilization and workflow.



The position also involves monitoring operational KPIs, resolving logistical issues, collaborating with transportation and procurement teams, and implementing process improvements to support service quality and cost efficiency.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to maintain accurate records and minimize discrepancies.
Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management capabilities to oversee stock levels, reorder points, and warehouse replenishment.
Candidates should possess experience in Operations Management to plan, organize, and optimize daily warehouse activities.
