Role: Influencer Marketing Associate
This is a virtual, remote internship where you'll work directly with the Youthfluence team on live influencer campaigns for real brands. You'll be responsible for identifying and onboarding influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, coordinating creator partnerships end-to-end, assisting with content strategy and campaign briefs,



and tracking campaign performance and creator deliverables. You'll also contribute to brainstorming sessions for new client pitches, stay on top of trending content formats and creator economy shifts, and support content creation to drive authentic engagement between our clients and influencers. This is a hands-on role. You'll work on actual campaigns from day one, not hypothetical case studies.

Qualifications
Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator ecosystems
Robust research skills. You should be able to find the right creators for a brief quickly and assess their fit
Good communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll be coordinating with influencers and internal teams
Understanding of basic content performance metrics such as reach, engagement rate, and CPV
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns without dropping the ball
