Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders through the designated application.
- Collate required documents using multiple applications.
- Verify, update, and maintain accurate information.
- Enter data with high accuracy and quality standards.
- Modify and correct processes based on supervisor/quality feedback.
- Maintain daily productivity trackers.
- Support quality checks, floor support, and training activities when required.
- Ensure SLAs are met while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Work as an Individual Contributor based on business requirements.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Title/Mortgage/Accounting domain (Preferred)
- Good typing speed (Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
