- Handle ticketing processes with expertise in Amadeus and Galileo GDS.
- Manage refunds, exchange coupons, and reissue requests.
- Provide visa assistance and coordinate tour packages.
- Offer excellent customer service and handle client queries efficiently.
- Address customer needs outside regular office hours, including Sundays or holidays when required.
- Manage ADM disputes effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the ticketing field.
- Proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo GDS is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of tour and package booking, including visa services.
- Prior experience handling corporate clients.
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the African travel sector is an advantage.
