ajconsulting is looking for a Business Development Executive who can understand business and people challenges, build meaningful client relationships, and convert conversations into long-term consulting partnerships.

This is not just a transactional sales role. You will connect with founders, HR leaders, business heads, and CXOs to understand their organisational needs and position relevant HR consulting solutions.

Identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation channels.
✅Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery calls to proposals, follow-ups, negotiations, and closure.
✅Understand clients’ business, workforce, and organisational challenges before recommending solutions.
✅Build and maintain relationships with founders, HR leaders, business heads, and CXOs.
✅Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and work consistently towards revenue targets.
✅Identify new industries, partnerships,



and business-development opportunities.

3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, consulting sales, HR services, recruitment, SaaS, or professional services.
✅Ability to conduct consultative conversations rather than relying on generic sales pitches.
✅Confidence in interacting with senior professionals and business decision-makers.
✅Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
✅Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
✅Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and lead-generation platforms will be an advantage.
